　　After correction, it was shown that a total of 442 journals had changes in their IF. The journal with the largest increase after correcting the impact factor of 407 journals is CA-A Cancer Journal for Clinicians, which rose from 503 to 521.6, an increase of 18.5 and remained at the top of the list.

　　After correcting the impact factors of 4 journals, the score exceeded 10 points:

　　Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine: The impact factor increased from 8.8 to 16.3, an increase of 7.5, surpassing the 10 point mark.

　　Hemisphere: The impact factor increased from 7.6 to 11.9, an increase of 4.3.

　　Canadian Medical Association Journal: The impact factor increased from 9.4 to 12.9, an increase of 3.5.

　　Thorax: The impact factor increased from 9 to 10.8, an increase of 1.8.

　　The impact factor of 35 journals has decreased

　　It is common for influencing factors to fluctuate. But this time it was really surprising.

　　Changes in IF of the Four Major Medical Journals

　　After this update, the impact factors of the four medical journals NEJM, LANCET, JAMA, and BMJ have not fluctuated significantly:

　　The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) and LANCET still rank high.

　　JAMA: Increased from 63.1 to 63.5, but slightly decreased in ranking.

　　BMJ: 93.6 has risen to 93.7, with a slight increase in ranking, demonstrating its continued strong influence in the medical field.
