Changes after modeling: Within 24 hours after modeling, animal kidney function is impaired, glomerular filtration rate progressively decreases, water reabsorption by the proximal tubules also decreases, tubular pressure decreases, urine output can be less than 3ml/24h, and urine osmolarity is less than 610mOsm/L.
