【 Modeling mechanism 】 Acute ischemia delays the conduction of impulses in the ischemic area of the atrium, making it easier for reentry to form and leading to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.
【 Modeling Method 】 Dog: Select adult hybrid dogs, regardless of gender. Perform tracheal intubation after anesthesia. After disinfection, open the chest along the midline and insert electrodes into the left and right atrial appendages for recording electrocardiogram activity and stimulating the atrium. Double ligation of the right atrial middle artery (perfusion of the right atrial free wall) for 0.5-3 hours. Inducing atrial fibrillation by triggering SlS2/S1S1 stimulation.
【 Model characteristics 】 Histological examination revealed significant necrosis in the ischemic area of the atrium, and electrophysiological mapping showed a significant decrease in conduction velocity in the ischemic area. Compared with non ischemic atrial muscles, ischemic atrial fibrillation is more easily induced and lasts longer.
【 Model Evaluation and Application 】 This model can be used for the study of the mechanism and treatment of atrial fibrillation in coronary heart disease.
