【Animal modeling】 - isoproterenol induced myocardial ischemia model in rabbits

  1. Model making material Animal: Rabbit; Drug: isoproterenol; Equipment: Biological function experimental system.

  2. Method of modeling: Rabbits were given intravenous infusion of 1-30mg/kg of isoproterenol or intraperitoneal injection of 10-40mg/kg of isoproterenol, administered twice in the morning and afternoon.

  3. Modeling principle: Isoproterenol causes myocardial ischemia in animals.

  4. After injection, changes after modeling can cause myocardial damage in rabbits, with diffuse myocardial pathological reactions and mild interstitial reactions. On the 5th day after modeling, serum glutathione aminotransferase reaches its peak and the amplitude of electrocardiogram T wave significantly decreases.
