  1. Model making material animals: rats, weighing 180-260g; Medication: Histamine phosphate.

  2. Method of modeling: Rats fasted for 24 hours, and were subcutaneously injected with 30mg/kg of histamine phosphate into the abdomen. After 2 hours, they were injected again, and the animals were killed after 3 hours.

  3. Modeling principle: Drugs cause ulcers in animals.
