1. Model building materials: mice; Medicine: trichosanthin, 5% aluminum hydroxide gel.
2. Modeling method: Take trichosanthin as antigen, dissolve trichosanthin in 5% aluminum hydroxide gel, make the content of trichosanthin 0.5mg/ml, intraperitoneally inject 0.1ml/mouse antigen to sensitize, and then use trichosanthin 100 μ G/animal (prepared with physiological saline, containing 0.5mg/ml and 0.2ml of trichosanthin) was injected into the tail vein for attack. The observation indicator is the symptoms of allergic reactions in animals.
3. Modeling principle: Allergies can cause shock in animals.
4. Changes after modeling. After modeling, animals exhibit different allergic reactions, with mild cases experiencing increased breathing and scratching of the nose, followed by lying still for about 1 hour and returning to normal. Severe cases may experience difficulty breathing, cyanosis, hind limb paralysis, convulsions, or spasmodic jumps, resulting in suffocation and death.
